IndonesiaBali Royal Hospital (BROS) and KALBE recently organized a seminar on health and gymnastics zumba. This seminar raises a theme “Rahasia Diet Tanpa Gagal bersama Slim & Fit” which was held in Imperium Hall Bali Royal Hospital Denpasar, Saturday (25/2), with dr. Ni Made Dwi Asti Lestari, M.Kes.SP.GK. as the guest speaker. There were 70 participants who came to the seminar and they were mainly from Akademi Kebidanan Kartini Bali and general participants.
This seminar discussed the tips and tricks for a success diet. Through this seminar, it is hoped that it can educate the society to accustom themselves to a healthy life by managing a healthy diet. The guest speaker which is a nutrition specialist explained the importance of consuming nutritious and low calories food to maintain a healthy body and maintain their body weight. On this seminar, the organizers, KALBE, also had the chance to promote their newest product “Slim & Fit” which is low calorie milk and it is recommended to be consumed to support your diet.
The seminar was presented in a very interesting way. The participants on this seminar are able to check their body fat composition and there are also door prizes for the lucky winners. At the end of the seminar, the participants seemed very enthusiast to join the gymnastics zumba which was guided by instructors. This seminar received great responses from all of the participants and all of the participants found the seminar was very beneficial in providing diet tips without failing by consuming healthy foods with low calorie.
