BROS & Yayasan Senyum Held Sharing Knowledge “Cleft Lip and Meningocele”

Bali Royal Hospital Monday October 9th, 2017 Event

Bali Royal Hospital in collaboration with Yayasan Senyum Bali held a sharing knowledge with the theme “Cleft Lip and Meningocele”, Saturday (30/9). A total of 47 participants participated in this event consisting of general practitioners and specialists. The seminar invited 7 speakers namely, dr. Hendra Sanjaya, Sp.BP-RE, dr. I Wayan Niryana, M.Kes, Sp.BS, dr. Putu Trisna Utami, Sp.BP-RE and dr. Walter Flapper who came with a team from Australia.

In this sharing knowledge, each speaker brings different topics with their respective discussion. dr. Walter Flapper at this knowledge sharing event shared his knowledge of The Role of Multidisciplinary Team in Cleft Lip and Palate. Discussion on Cleft Lip and Palate Handling in Bali by dr. Putu Trisna Utami, Sp.BP-RE, Aspects of Neurosurgery in FEME Patients by dr. I Wayan Niryana M.Kes, Sp.BS and dr. Hendra Sanjaya, SpB, SP.BP-Re discusses the aspects of service and handling of Palate gap.

 

This sharing knowledge event was officially opened by the Managing Director of Bali Royal Hospital, dr. I Gede Wiryana Patra Jaya, M.Kes. In his speech, he said that this sharing knowledge event is routinely done every year held by Bali Royal Hospital in cooperation with Yayasan Senyum Foundation Bali. Bali Royal Hospital and Yayasan Senyum have been cooperating for more than 6 years with a mission to provide help for unfortunate people to handle cases of cleft lip or meningocele.

Through this sharing knowledge event is expected to become a forum to exchange information with fellow doctors about the development of science in handling cases of cleft lip and meningocele.

7th Anniversary, BROS Continues Self-Improvement to Achieve its Vision

Bali Royal Hospital (BROS) celebrated its birthday on last Saturday (22/07). In order to commemorate the 7th anniversary of BROS which falls on July 17, 2017, BROS invites all board of commissioners of PT Putra Husada Jaya, BROS Board of Directors, partner doctors and employees to enliven the anniversary event. On their 7th anniversary, BROS raised the theme of “Harmony in Integrity”. With this theme, BROS hopes to have integrity and live in harmony in order to achieve the common goal of becoming a superior service center in line with the vision of BROS.

The series of events to commemorate the anniversary has been prepared since May.  In commemorating BROS’s 7th anniversary, BROS has conducted a series of events, namely Tirta Yatra, blood donation and social activity held at Sindhu Beach. The implementation of these events brings about BROS’s concern to the community.

The 7th BROS Anniversary was marked by cake cutting and tumpeng by Director of PT Putra Husada Jaya, board of commissioner of PT Putra Husada Jaya along with BROS board of directors. This anniversary celebration is enlivened with zumba, games, dance performances and opera by BROS employees.

BROS in Collaboration with AIMI Supports Breastfeeding Campaign

Bali Royal Hospital Friday July 7th, 2017 Event

Bali Royal Hospital (BROS) with Indonesia Breastfeeding Mothers Association (Asosiasi Ibu Menyusui Indonesia (AIMI)), Thursday (6/7) has signed MOU on supporting breastfeeding campaign. This agreement was signed by director of PT Putra Husada Jaya and Head of AIMI Bali.

Breast milk supplies all of the necessary nutrients to promote healthy growth of the baby. Unfortunately, the awareness of the society on the importance of breast milk is very minimal. In this cooperation, both of the parties who signed the agreement agreed to cooperate in giving health and breastfeeding education. Through this agreement it is hoped that we could increase the understanding of the society on the importance of breastfeeding until the baby is 2 year old and the risks of giving formula milk to their baby.

The success of breastfeeding becomes a common challenge for all of us. Through cooperation and supports from many parties, BROS and AIMI hoped that we can improve the number of breastfeeding mother in Bali.
